Treatment procedures for ITVISMA

Infections
Clinical signs or symptoms of infection should not be evident at the time of ITVISMA administration.1
Single-dose vial
Each carton of ITVISMA contains a single-dose vial with an extractable volume of not less than 3 mL, containing 1.2 × 1014 vg.1
Intrathecal administration
Prior to administration, remove 3 mL of CSF using a lumbar puncture needle. Then administer ITVISMA as an intrathecal bolus injection over approximately 1 to 2 minutes. However, treatment will take longer and sedation or imaging may be needed.1
